I was born and grew up in Taiwan, graduating from National Chiayi University. Chinese and Taiwanese are my mother languages. I live in Edinburgh now. I am a Chinese teacher with TQUK and TCSOL teaching certificates, and teach at Overseas Community Affairs Council, Taiwan for 13 years of teaching experience. When I lived in Taiwan, I taught English at learning centers after school. So I can speak English for zero-based students to go with the Chinese class.
1. I speak Chinese during the whole class, and can speak English for the zero-based students.
2. When he class begins, we use the Chinese beginning material which I made myself to help students learn
better. Including basic Chinese, Pinyin, four tones, Chinese normal daily use...etc.
3. I use professional Chinese PPT textbooks, workbooks, sentences books, going with image files and audio
files. It's convenient for students to review at home by themselves.
4. Emphasizing students' pronunciation, conversation blending in daily life.
5. HSK 1~6
6. GAPSK
7. GCSE
8. CCCC
I use textbooks PPT, image files, and audio files in class. You don't need to spend extra money on other Chinese learning books. I have a variety of material and digital learning aids. Also, you can print the textbooks by yourself in order to learn fast and efficient. I hope that you print workbooks and sentence writing books so that it will make you learn better. Even a zero-based student can speak and write Chinese within one year.
I make audio flash cards for every student after each class. If your mother tongue is English, I will use English to help you learn.
